Preempt - the title of your post and the news article are very misleading.

There has been no new contracts. The contracts being referred to were secured in three parts between March 2011 and February 2012. Ur-Energy's guidance (as reported in that article) was about how it would not be selling any of its production above what is included in those contracts. It was planning to produce 1M lbs in 2014 but has only been able to secure contracts for just over 50% of this.

The last contract it was able to secure - and it did well to achieve this in a very poor year for term contracts - was 3 July 2013 (200-300,000 lbs per year for a multi-year period commencing 2017)
