Guys, it is not based on the VWAP. Take a look at the offer document, it clearly states "The shares under the SPP (“New Shares”) will be issued at a 17.5% discount to the 5 day
average closing market price on the shortfall notification date rounded up to the nearest 0.1 cent
(“Price”)."
That makes it the average of (0.11+0.12+0.13+0.15+0.17)/5 and 17.5% equals $0.024.
Therefore by my calculations, the SPP price works out to be $0.112.
