that's the same message i got.

i think the one thing from my exchange that i wasn't so comfortable of was the Sedgman settlement. We do not have the funds to settle them because we are barely cash flow positive and the funds we have needs to be reserved for the covenant. The 15% placement is coming but no clear indication of how/when and what form it will take. (I am sure given their patience, dragging this out by a few months should not be a problem).


i believe its just edgy investors hoping for a multi string good news losing their patience.

This is not for everyone. Do appropriate risk management. Although i still am of the opinion that if you hold your nerve, this will pay off.
