Gents, I think ur missing the point. The deal was not conditional on a prespecified amount , it fell over because they had to pull the offer of the 15m from the investor.

What's happened is that idc are now in talks with other parties to cover te same amount.

They aren't going to come out and say they had to pull the deal because the company they were dealing with we're associated wtih criminals.

What concerns me is that they might need to do a capital raising at these discounted prices to keep the wheels oiled until they finalise a deal.
