Keep in mind Empire Securities has a direct relationship with IDC. One of its board members (IDC) are a part of empire securities. Do I agree with the statements previously? More than one offer was declined in regards to the Capital Raising, not purely the investors mentioned previously, so the intentions of a JV remain the same.
