And where did you dig that one out from.??
Can you supply some evidence of what is written in that JV agreement.??
Plus any small printing of course, if any.
Maybe you could suggest to the company that they should release an announcement clarifying that issue in full and, if they do, it will put the matter to rest once and for all. :-))
