    But, but, didn't they have the necessary capital in the last CR (at 9c) and then threw it all away to chase a JV - seems to me, reading between the lines, the JV has collapsed. If the CR is at less than 9c, I'd suggest the CEO/Board donate the difference in $'s between the new CR price and the 9c bird in the hand they already had but didn't want! I'd much rather be diluted at 9c then 5c!!
