I think we are safe with the 75% total votes due to the work of NBT if that is the way they go. In terms of the 50% we are probably even better off, but what if a truckload of small investors dont bother to vote, does that mean the board gets to direct their vote.
Either way, I am sure the shareholders willt triumph..
