I am starting to think of subdividing my block and although the house behind house would be the simplest solution I am thinking that the final result would be less than pleasing.
My block slopes down from the road and I have worked out I could have a level below road level, double garage and entry at road level the an upper level with balcony.
Two narrow but long town house with three levels each would maximise the use of space and have plenty of it. I could also work it so each town house upper level could be interdependent.
Initial build estimate would not make me a profit but I would have a modern home after selling one.
