    If Halcion decides to drill 2 more wells soon after Kaiser and Nemo testing, the company has to arrange $6m and hence SPP. There is a possibility that any short fall on SPP, will raised via S.I with another placement. I won't rule out as company has raised CR soon after failed SPP last time and think it will repeat again.
