great first post mate. Reason people dump there shares is because they want to sell them at what ever price is available. Maybe that person needs the money, or is using the losses against gains he/she has made this yr. This time of year theres a lot of that going on.
As for gold, its not going well, and that's another reason.
hopefully you just don't buy penny dreadfuls like this, and buy companies with dividends and large market caps
