    yes, so someone thinks 3.4c is cheap so they bought , on the other hand someone thinks plv is a dead duck and is getting out by selling 10m.

    Who knows what to make of it, but from what I know, a pick up in volume when a stock is trading at all time lows is a good sign it finally might be bottoming and due for a nice rise.
