Great stuff Teddy, thanks for going to the trouble of posting it. However, I find it encouraging, being that we are actually aiming to lower the toxicity of an existing drug, rather that set the world on fire with a new one. Here, we are not doing what most of that paper discusses, quite the opposite, we are only improving the targeting of a widely accepted product.
