best value ? held back... I have been watching and buying for several months and have followed for several years as the story matured. I am amazed that the share price is being depressed and I can only conclude that there is manipulation going on to keep the price down... Why is the price being kept low? Because it is being accumulated by Merrill Lynch. Who are they accumulating for? This is the question but I have an idea and there is a rumour circulating in mining circles in Melbourne that PSV will not be around in 6 months. The potential for further expansion of reserves is huge. This is a world class major resource yet to be converted to reserve but with mineralization occuring 50kms along strike both north and south, the mind boggles.
This is worth consideration. Big orders, shorting , with big buy orders on the BID side of the market mopping up sellers and crossing any sales to itself. Smacks of manipulation. Watch carefully and good luck.
