With respect, I think you will find that a DST will not be possible (or allowed by the authorities due to safety reasons) at these depths and pressures. The only full flow option would be a production test from a cased hole with a proper production string... think many many $$$$$$$.
And : the full spread rate for this rig, including workboat support, helicopters, etc is indeed of the order of $1MM per day.
Baying for a production test, or worse, a Drill Stem Test in this well is uninformed and would constitute very bad management of the well. Let the Apache experts manage the program : they have more competence and skin in this game than anyone posting here.
