that's what they said back in 1975,

they were wrong then and they are wrong now,

go set up an excell spread sheet and do a data entry of prices and values with a plus or minus deviation of 10%,

you will be pleasantly surprised at were property values are headed as with wages as with everything else,

people need a roof over their head, they just cant go live in a cave like cave man days champ,

im in a position now were i can give someone a roof over their head, but the terms and conditions are what i own and what they abide to,

    quite frankly its that simple,

while the bank keeps ringing me to give me money, ill keep taking it of the bank,

either way, the banks are screwed and they need me and so do the renters,

take me out, you take the banks out, take both of us out and all the renters will be living under the narrows bridge having breakfast at the nearest soup kitchen on the Langley park foreshore,

its all relative my dear friend,

btw, i was 5 years old back then, in 1975, lol,

but this property forum has degraded into a kindygarten,

i feel terribly sorry for anyone that takes this property forum as advice, must be a grave yard of broken people out their, poor buggers,

just my point of view, im not getting personal, i don't need to,

im one of those people that wont be working until im 70 years old, im already semi retired and will more than likely completely retire from the work force within the next 10 years and live out the rest of my life with other people paying for me,

cruising the oceans of the world, blah blah blah,

    you know what i saying,

like the good book says, get people to work for you and not the other way round,

enjoy, life is temporary, pain is forever.
