Unless they've got an unlimited supply of money or stealing money from the mortage tin, what they are more likely doing is selling on the highs and buying back on the dips. So they aren't topping up at all, they're actually profit taking and reinvesting.
Not me. I have more super going into my super fund every month, I have rental income. I buy more on the dips :-)
