If you replaced cash strapped with debt burdened, then you have a case. Karoon has no debt. The real and present value of these assets is about to be determined once all of this moves into top gear.
I also think that you miss the point on KAR's corporate plan. KAR is an explorer and has and is following its business plan - raise capital, explore, discover, farm out, retain some and create an income stream.
