SP coping a beating today with fairly high volume at this time of the trading time. EPA & DMP regulatory approval for the Laurel Tight Gas Program is expected end May which means an announcement should be made either today or tomorrow. Perhaps there is problems with the approval which is causing yet another sell down and price weakness.
For the record shorts outstanding as at 22 May 2014 is 15,111,078 which has increased over recent weeks.
