This is possibly the major reason for SP weakness. No new buyers of the stock while no announcements from the company regards progress and all the while CNX is issuing cheap stock, like confetti, to the note holders.

The note holders, typically, sell on market to take advantage of the discount they have received. There is nothing wrong with the Company but while this sort of financial arrangement is in place SH's have to be on their guard.

This sort of financing is very common on the ASX but it is a trap. It is basically predatory lending.
