For those who wonder why SP is low 3c pls think about the following;

First CR @12c failed

Then @5c failed as well so

now it's 90M shares done @ 3.45c and some clime it's not dilutive .

And that's only for $2.8M which is prob enough for Sadgman settlement.

Next CR @ 3c or 2c or pick your number.
Lets say they need $30M for underground mine and working capital so @3c is 1B new shares. That's a possibility if they can find someone to underwrite it.

At least the good news is it keeps the company afloat and away from delisting which is the main priority. However IMHO you can forget about higher SP for a long time.
