What harm would befall Tatts if JIN sells its customer base to Tatt's "customer" (I assume another licensed reseller?)?
The fundamental question is: who really has the relationship with the customers, JIN or Tatts? Would anyone be interested in Ozlotteries if it does not sell any Australian lotteries?
I am unsure of the global move too. Unless there is a coherent plan to morph all jurisdictions together into a sort of multi-lottery mega site, JIN would just be a small player in a sea of competitors in multiple markets around the world. No scale, no customer captivity, mo moat.
