We will have to agree to differ on that then Frasier.
And yes welfare has become a normal entitlement as most Australian's alive today have never lived without it.
Most have been on payments at some time in their lives.
Very few for all of their lives.
I would rather live in a society with welfare payments than one without, but I guess we differ on that also.
