My initial decision to not take up Patriot stock was to do with not trusting Kleo (as much) after he and Tino didn't deliver on AQO in ways that I had expected over the past two years.
My change of mind on Patriot was to do with some information/numbers that UBS advisers have come up with regarding Patriot (eg value and production of very nearby acreage, the business model they are using, and who they partnering with now, and who they may partner with in future). Plus I am convinced that there will be a secondary market for Patriot on listing. Some smart UBS people are personally keen on Patriot.
So I will be holding Patriot shares on listing.
I will declare that I sold some AQO shares this morning as a risk management move. Still holding more than this amount though for longer term.
