Agree....most likely a single player to hand over a few million to fund new opportunity in Kenya....
Based on.
1. Far has no immediate need for funds as fully carried short term.and has lots of cash short term..
2. Kenya ...opportunity to get involved via connection with Pcl...Due to premier pulling out...
3. The Chaiman was galavanting overseas at time of general meeting...chairman does not miss a AGM for no reason..
