Agree JT. $8 now for a t/o or 2:1 STO scrip would be an immediate return for SH better than whatever cash they can get for browse plus rerating of santos assets. A well managed KAR could end up being worth more than current t/o price but we're looking 12months plus down the track and assuming the market rerates us. Right now I think most would be happy to take the $8 bird in the hand (although I don't think it'll eventuate not least because management won't want to let go of running the show) than wait out for the (realistically 3 year timeframe) of the possible $10+ bird in the bush.
