I think what annoys most people, me included, about real estate agents is how much money they earn for how little work they really do. Yes, i know they have to chase leads up, print flyers, open a house on the weekend etc. but really, how hard can that possibly be? Surely most houses sell because they look good, nice garden etc. and the agent really doesn't have to do much.I would have thought most houses pretty much sell themselves.
Anyway there's obviously a quid in it. The agents down my local shops are all driving Audis...
