One must ask the question: Why is the OCSG issuing a statement when the review has been taken from their hands and put into those of Roberts?
One would hope that Metgasco has simply gone down the list of requirements in 'the guidelines', ticked each box and thrown it back at the OCSG. Doing so would remove any element of interpretation and force the OCSG to highlight which element was not performed to their expectations; to which a legal challenge would be swift and simple.
I hope APPEA is getting right behind Metgasco and applying some heat.
