Cameco,BHP,Paladin and others now mothballing projects indefinitely. A very difficult environment to try and attract investment in, now explains why no funding deal. If PEN do manage to find a deal then one would imagine the terms wont be so favourable as it may have been a few years ago. Certainly explains the nosediving SP. Very depressing outcomes for years of patience. Long way from those heady 15c days when one should have been selling.
