Hey Grey, have you come across a situation like this in Australia with other small cap/large cap companies?

I hold shares in quite a few Cooper Basin stocks and they have tenements with producing fields that criss cross each other all over the place, yet pipelines are able to built across tenements (through agreements). Does not seem to be an issue, also, as Santos is now a J/V partner, I am going to assume in good faith that they would work with CTP.

And just to put the shoe on the other foot, CTPs 100% controlled tenements may be in demand as possible pipelines from W.A and N.T to the Eastern states become a reality. Everyone as to get along.

As always, interested to hear others thoughts.
