Nothing else explains the collapse of the share price prior to the 30 May, pitiful announcement OF $00.042.

Your opinion , Surly23 is that it is business as usual.

My opinion, is that this management, has handled this capital raising badly, highlighting their ability to move this highly complex project, Mt Kare, forward.
