You can't be serious with a question like that!

Having receipted $15m would be a good start..........the Announcement said the deal was done and funds due in 30 days.......not that an "Agreement in Principle" has been struck that has several issues to work through before completion......which is how it has turned out, as not getting the cash is a fairly important component of any deal.
