Yes, this is the same group. Check the about platts tab and go to the overview tab. Half way down the page you will see "the steel index (TSI)" mentioned.

This contains the daily index price for 62% IO imported into China and is the most watched index of all.

I don't have access but apparently it fell about 4.1% from USD $95.70 to USD $91.80.

Some hot copper people will report it when published at around 10pm AEST. Otherwise you can get it from Ccommsec on the following morning, as it is in their morning report under their research tab.
