Well if New Zealand is anything to go off we'll catch a few hundred. Some of which are likely addicts going in and out of work and they'll turn to other means rather than risk overdosing on methadone. Leaving a few hundred stoners and professionals between jobs to squeeze.
All for only a few million dollars and another layer of bureaucracy.
The government won't do it. They know the results will be too embarrassing.
