"forget all the dribble about why you should be allowed to stick your nose into their private life"

People get told where and when they can smoke, (legal cigarettes), is that not sticking their nose in other peoples private lives?

It's not the cost, dollar wise, but the fact that people can bum around doing drugs, surfing and whatever else they do, all at the cost of the tax payer.

Can't work on a mine unless you are drug free, (breath tested BEFORE THE START OF EVERY SHIFT) as well, can't drive on the roads if you've been drinking, so why be allowed to get free handouts, if you are a druggo.
Where does the money come from to buy the drugs in the first place, out of the free handouts by any chance?
