I don't know who the underlying holder is, but I expect they obviously would , I do know the holding has shrunk dramatically over the last 4 weeks and in my opinion is a fund taking tax losses across the board , about a week ago I ordered the top 50 and the seller still had about 500,000 from an original holding closer to 2m shares or about $750,000 in the placement at .37.
