"Who proves they phoned to CDB ?" Nothing proves it but the people who say they have called are people who have come down on the positive side of the situation for a long time so they could in no way be termed 'downrampers'.
"Why Stafford agreed to join the board of directors ?" Condor did not have enough Directors following recent departures. This is what Michael Stafford does... he is an emergency Director for sitiations like this. It is the same role he played for Oldfield's. He is not a career Director.
"Why he didn't work as an consultant ?" Condor only needs him to meet statutory requirements.
"Why no one else say i have phoned to CDB to ask.... and they said bla bla bla ?" Multiple people now say the have spoken to them.
"Why should Mr Peter Dunoon talk with some shareholders ?" Why should he if he keeps it general and doesn't disclose sensitive information? The stock is in suspension so disclosing that an announcement is coming cannot affect anything.
"Why should he know something about the funding ?" He is the Company's CFO... probably has a bit of knoweldge about the finances.
"Will the announcement coming out today or did someone speculate on this ?!" Who knows but the indication from management was that it would indeed come out today.
