Multitude of emotions here, as many probably sold during 6 month slide towards $2.36, after starting the year at $4.40s.
Then factor in the talking heads highlighting cash burn and a possible CR, which got the shorters attention from early February.
Misinformation rules, but USD$600mil as a cash up front entree cannot be ignored.
So last close was $2.46 and I am assigning 50% value to the base cash of AUD$2.53 alone = $1.27
$2.46 + $1.27 =$3.73 or a MC of $954mil.
Will it close there today, time will tell.
