The Arkaroola Joint Venture is between Heathgate and Alliance’s subsidiary Alliance Craton
Explorer Pty Ltd. The agreement commits Heathgate to reimburse Alliance $50,000 for
exploration expenditure and to spend $300,000 within two years to earn a 75% interest. To
maintain this 75% interest, Heathgate must keep the licence in good standing and carry Alliance’s
25% through feasibility to a decision to mine.
