Does anyone think a CR is now on the cards as the money won't be paid till the third quarter, if paid at all. And so the company is still "cash strapped" according to the experts.
So bills still need to be paid along with salaries, etc, etc. Or will everything grind to a halt until the money has been secured.
Not looking for a hissy fit, just an answer to a valid question. As the answer will aid in developing a trading strategy for this particular vehicle.
