Firstly, I'm not an apologist for management BUT I've tried to explain why I think MSB might be fatigued on the issue of liaison with the market and I've been as clear as I possibly can.
It's not the only biotech that has this problem. They are a bunch of scientists getting on with the job and I'd say they're deeply cynical about the glorious market. The deal with Cephalon and Teva insulates them; it provides a steady stream of revenue providing they continue to hit targets.
I don't think you have read my posts very carefully but never mind.
MSB is greatly undervalued. I buy undervalued stock.
The market doesn't always get it right and traders want to be spoon fed and get outraged at supposed lack of disclosure when all they have to do is a bit of research.
They don't get it if they aren't spoon fed.
