You can pay in 2 or how many lots you want, it doesn't matter as it goes into the same BPAY reference number; they simply look at the total by 4pm today.
This is desirable as not everyone can BPAY $15000 in one go (some people may have their daily BPAY limit @ 5000 or @10000 , or they only have $5000 in 1 bank account and $10000 from another bank account).
I have done this before, so don't worry. The only thing you need to worry about is whether it will get there before 4pm ;)
