To all the posters prior to this there is one question that you have not addressed
Labor left a problem because they spent more than we are earning, they in fact had to borrow the money so they could spend it after spending what was in the bank, they spent it on wasteful things that did not produce one cent of income and we still have to pay the loans back regardless.
My question is regardless of what the budget is going to do the plain simple fact is that it has the Liberals spending more than Labor did
Maybe what they are spending it on might be more worthwhile like boats and planes and roads, but where do they produce a single cent, how do they help to pay back the borrowings
So forget the medicare, hospital charges, cuts in welfare and aged pensions the fact is the people are being asked to pay the debt but the government is still going to spend like drunken sailors.
Why don't they pay the debts first before they go on a spending spree
Because as it stands what is listed in the budget is the thin edge of the wedge and taxes will continue to climb to pay past and future spending.
Finally the Labor mob were totally incompetent as they have proved, the jury is still out on Abbott but it is not looking very promising on them either and I shudder to think what will happen if China continues to go downhill.
