From what I make of the judges decision
They outed themselves for not paying around 18k which related to more than one tenement.
Best if you read the judges verdict for yourself as I probably have it wrong.
Everything after that becomes irrelevant.
Much as logically you would expect it to be when you then have NO INTEREST.
