My understanding is that BKP are in their current situation because they do not have sufficient readies to pay their share of the costs.. Nothing new with that!

For what it is worth,imnsho,Baraka are in a "no win" situation, basically because of their unwise, unprofessional, unprofitable, mis-directed use of shareholders' funds..

At best, some commercial entity may make an offer to
"take-out" BKP..That,at least would remove the current rabble, distinguished by their collective, oft demonstrated inabilities to manage a profitable return for BKP shareholders..
