The seller that appears with 2M at .053 may be the same person that is on the buy side at .051 The buyer originally appeared wanting 700K. When buys get close the sell order is withdrawn. Needs one large buyer to take out the .053 seller.
May be using his holding as a ceiling to purchase at a lower price.
