Definitely one of the stronger looking charts for a base metal on a long timeframe.
The way the LME stockpiles have struggled to replenish in the last few months suggests that a break to the upside is more probable. Not that LME stockpiles are necessarily a great indicator.
Indonesia is the wildcard in the tin market like they been in the nickel market. If a new nationalist president takes charge the attitude toward mining/processing may become even more restrictive.
