We provide 1 of Daenerys Targaryen's dragons to the Iron bank.

We diverge all of our Westeros Tennements to the Iron Bank.

Balin (Keving Robertson) resigns and is freed up to return to filming of the Hobbit's next trilogy.

Upon these conditions being met, Tyrion Lannister will assume his place on the board to replace Balin.
