what slowdown?, page-129

funny one of my freinds reached out to me today for a chat, he is a big property bull, and a smart guy, doesnt say dumb stuff like the property bulls on here, he understands stuff a rational human should and says real logical stuff.

Anyway he is a really big prop investor has several house's scattered around Australia (and many more he's already flipped) and rode the property bubbles making him very rich since the late 90's. And thought like a lot of the people on here that it cant go backwards it will just level off.

Strangest thing happened today, he rang me up out the blue.. and said mate your not gonna belive this, I'm a bear now. I'm selling everything! and also thinking of selling my $900K home and just renting a cheap flat and buy back in after.. He's also moving his super out the share market too like I already have.

Seems to be a growing phenominon. From past experiance this guy has always had an uncanny nack on when to buy and sell stocks and houses...... wonder if he is going to be right calling the top on this housing bubble.
