If the SP is 1.5/1.6 cents and the company has to offer stock at 1.2c so that instos will take it up - that's saying something.
When the shareholders agree to this as a resolution at an EGM - and then at 7:30 p.m on the same day as the meeting the shareholders get told ..."oh, and by the way, the board has decided to GIVE AWAY 50 million shares to these instos" ... that's saying something as well!
I read that as WOOF! WOOF! The dogs are barking.
